FAQ

EMS :

  • When used correctly EMS is completely safe and is FDA approved. However, please let us know if you suffer from severe heart conditions, have electrical implants, any liver or nervous system issues, or are pregnant - as these may prohibit you from taking an EMS training.

  • The EMS full body workout activates over 90% of the muscle fibres simultaneously during each contraction. This grants an advantage over conventional strength training as deeper muscles are also being used and targeted. Because EMS activates the muscles fibres in a non-regular order, an intense level of training is enabled right from the start. This creates more muscle fibres at an accelerated rate and results in gaining more muscle. Therefore, the use of EMS training allows for a much more rapid effect with visible results, in less time!

  • Just one month of EMS training can produce benefits such as weight loss and a more toned physique.

  • EMS training promotes weight loss by building muscle, which in turn helps to boost your metabolism and burn fat. Weight loss with EMS training is most effective when combined with a healthy and balanced diet .

  • To see optimum results, EMS can either be used once a week in addition to your conventional workouts, or twice a week, with 3 days between sessions.

Red Light therapy :

  • Red light therapy (RLT), is an innovative biohacking technique that uses red and near-infrared (NIR) light to supercharge your cells and, as a result, boost overall health and wellness. When red light is absorbed into the skin, it affects the body’s cellular health, improving an individual’s health and longevity from the cellular level.

RLT stimulates collagen production, which gives skin its structure, strength and elasticity. It treats wrinkles, redness, scars, acne and other signs of aging. RLT aids in your training performance and helps with good quality sleep.

  • Most people see a noticeable improvement within the first two weeks of treatment.

  • Depending on the individuals goals, each session is about 15 minutes and should be done up to 6 times a week.

    Consultation is requird.

  • RLT is FDA approved. It is a safe, painless and non-invasive treatment.
